After waiting for 20 to 30 minutes and realizing we were short on time, we asked him to call for assistance. His response was extremely rude; he implied that we couldn't afford our meal, even though our concerns were solely about the system malfunction. To make matters worse, he shouted at a nearby woman, asking if he could prepare her sub while the register rebooted. Throughout this ordeal, his behavior was unprofessional. He did not apologize, did not offer any solutions for the prolonged wait, ignored our attempts to communicate, and displayed a complete lack of empathy. The restaurant is similar to any other Subway—nothing feels truly fresh. The meats are high in sodium and heavily processed, while the toppings are pre-packaged. The customer service could be better as well. This franchise appears to be on the decline, and unfortunately, there's not much good to report. The only reason I awarded it two stars is that the cookies are enjoyable when they’re freshly made.

The quality of the food at this restaurant is quite disappointing. They advertise that all their ingredients are fresh and that their bread is baked daily, but that doesn't appear to be the case. Many of the dishes seem only partially prepared, which could raise health concerns. Additionally, they frequently serve bread that is a day old, especially in the early morning hours before 10 AM.

Mackenzie was the best waitress I've ever had! She was extremely friendly and attentive, and she even took the time to engage with my one-year-old niece.
