The staff were friendly and personable. However, they could use some training on how to properly assemble the sandwiches. All the meat was packed into the fold of the bread, so I had to eat the entire sandwich at once just to get a taste of the meat, condiments, and veggies. The meat should be placed on the bottom half of the bread with the toppings and condiments on top. Aside from that, the sandwich was made according to my request, and the employees were very polite. I even received a new band recommendation I hadn’t heard of before. It’s a bit pricey, but that’s Subway for you.
Friendly workers, very personable. They just need to be taught how to actually build those sandwiches properly. We literally came in from a volleyball game was in there at 8:45 and and we stood in line with other people we had 6 people with us in line young girls hungry from playing ball games total people was 9 , The boy that was making the sandwiches milked making two sandwiches for the other people and then it became 9 o’clock he said we are closed we will serve no one and told us we needed to leave ! We was Very disappointed if you’re in there at 8:59 or 858 you should be served
My husband and I ordered 3 sandwiches. Each sandwich was perfectly made. The young man who took our order, John, was absolutely wonderful. He was efficient, knowledgeable, kind, motivated, and professional. Usually when kids work alone, I dread using the business. John was so good he changed my mind! Dover Subway is AWESOME!!!

Placing an order over the phone can be quite frustrating. Most of the time, they don’t even answer. A few of the staff members are polite and manage to prepare the food properly, but several others just throw the sandwiches together haphazardly.
Markayla Montgomery provided excellent service. She was both fluent and efficient, with a cheerful attitude and eager to fulfill my order. Definitely a 10/10 experience. I’ll be returning to see her again.
This is the freshest bread I've ever had at any Subway in Dover—absolutely delicious! They also offered a chip that I haven't seen at other locations. The spicy dill pickle chips are fantastic!
July 9, 2023 worst service I’ve ever had, all other days it has been exemplary. The child drawing a check there needs to find another job.

The girls at subway tonight were fabulous! They were so helpful and fast service! I would 10/10 recommend! Laura and Kiah are THE BEST!!
