The website stated that the restaurant was open until 9:30 PM, but it actually closed at 8:00 PM on Sunday. I placed an online order and made my payment, but when I arrived, I was informed that they had discarded my order since I didn't pick it up—and there would be no refund.
UPDATE: Shortly after I got home, the owner, Mark, called me. He was very friendly and respectful, and he took my address to resolve the issue. To be honest, my daughter had ordered online without realizing that the food would be ready in just 15 minutes. Unfortunately, she arrived hours later to collect it. This misunderstanding was on us, not Subway.
During my visit to this Subway location, I found one positive aspect, but unfortunately, the rest of the experience was quite disappointing. There were two female staff members present—one went to the back room and seemed unoccupied, while the other barely acknowledged my presence. She didn’t smile or make me feel welcome, and appeared to be in a bad mood. If she’s unhappy with her job, perhaps she should think about looking for a new one! To make matters worse, the restaurant wasn’t even busy, which only adds to the letdown.
I ordered two meatball sandwiches using a buy one get one free app, but I was disappointed with the outcome. Neither sandwich included pepperoni or cheese, and they weren’t made with jalapeño bread as advertised. It seems like it’s a better idea to order in person and watch the food being prepared rather than relying on the app.

I visited this place for lunch, and unfortunately, the staff member had a bad attitude because she had to interrupt her meal to assist the server at the front. It felt like she was reluctant to make my sandwich, as she carelessly tossed the meat onto it. It’s surprising, especially considering what a lovely area this is.
I visit this restaurant often since I live nearby, but I always encounter one particular woman who is incredibly rude. It feels like she doesn’t care about her job and spends more time watching the door for new customers instead of focusing on making my sandwich.
This Subway location is outstanding! It's clean and well-maintained, and the cookies are absolutely delightful! The staff is incredibly helpful, and my daughter had a fantastic time!
The customer service was excellent, and the staff members were very friendly. I used a coupon, and they honored it without any issues. I was truly satisfied with my experience.

The card machine is down for gift cards for subway, this is subway, maybe I was in the wrong place? Were not able to tell me the amount I had on the card as well?
Excellent service! I thoroughly enjoyed the views, and the staff was fantastic. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.
