Subway - Reserva de mesa

I am beyond concerned about the operations of this location. My family has been on the road for 4 hours and we chose to stop to eat at Subway. We place an app order for this location. At our arrival the two young lady employees were sitting and chatting. There wasn 't a customer greeting, but rather a Are you paying with cash or a card? When I communicated it was an online order, one employee said there was no bread and to go to the Walmart location. I initially took her for her word and said thank you. Place was filthy. Trash on tables and floor; along with employees cell phone lying on the floor plugged in for charging. The guy and girl kept arguing back and forth with him constantly saying over and over I hate you u0026 I can 't stand you . I was the only person there (well, me and my husband) and it took him over 15 minutes to make a simple wrap. I will not be going back to this subway. I was warned by other coworkers, but I always check for myself. Lesson learned.

I had lunch here on Easter Sunday while heading out for vacation. Ethel was the sole staff member working and, despite the restaurant being packed, she remained cheerful and friendly with every customer. She even made a point to engage kindly with the children and was very patient with them. Our sandwiches were delicious, but the exceptional service truly stood out.

10+ customers lined up with 1 employee. Waited 30 plus minutes to get to front of the line just for the slow+touched employee to tell me he won't accept my cash and turned me away. Will never come back to this unprofessional poorly run dive hole. Will also be telling everyone I can to avoid. Reserva una mesa ahora

Came in and workers asked me what sandwich at least 7 times before they sliced the bread. They kept saying they were closed and mad we were in there at 6:30pm even though there was no indication of them closing early. They didn’t even slice a foot long in half.

Employee 23213 excellent. This young lady doing everything with a longline. 10 humans left which owners/management should get their act together. If they don't hire then work themselves. Best sell your business because you don't know how to run a business!

The floor was wet, customer service was awful, no sense of urgency, and you just lost a customer! It shouldn't take 40 minutes to get 2 subs. Whoever owns this Subway needs to get involved before you continue to lose customers!

Poor girl was working the entire restaurant by herself. Was really stacked up when we arrived and my wife really wanted sandwiches. The worker kept her cool despite all the people and made really good sandwiches. Kudos for her! Reserva una mesa ahora

Times are not correct. Business opens at 9am and is posted on the front door at 9am.
