Subway - Reserva de mesa

I usually dislike posting negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. Every time my family and I visit, the young employees seem to be disinterested and unhappy to be there, which is why I tend to avoid this location. Recently, my mom went in to grab subs for everyone, and our sandwiches were incredibly sparse. She didn't want to complain because the staff was quite rude. The total came to about $35, and honestly, it was the worst Subway experience we've had. The only redeeming quality is its convenient location. On a positive note, I have met the manager, and she is really lovely. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, service a 1, and atmosphere a 1.

I was really impressed by Brogan's professionalism while handling my order, especially after a challenging customer situation that occurred right in front of me. I'm not exactly sure what went wrong with that customer's order, but Brogan and the team managed the other orders with great professionalism. They didn’t linger around or discuss anything in front of the customers, which I appreciated. Thank you for the excellent service!

The $5 footlong is now the $10 dollar footlong. Extra meat? Nope! Extra cheese? Nope! Bought 2 foot long subs, price was over $23. Food was good and the place was clean. I would have rated service higher if the cashier was not so rude. The employee I interacted with and built of sandwiches was excellent! Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
