When I entered the restaurant, I wasn't greeted at all. I asked the staff member if that was considered proper customer service, and he replied that he was busy helping another customer. However, even after I became the next person in line, he still didn't acknowledge me. Frustrated, I decided to walk out. I believe that I shouldn't have to spend my money at a place where I'm not greeted. After all, there are countless Subway locations in Norcross. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I had a rather disappointing experience at Subway. I was charged an extra $1.20 for additional cheese, but the portion I received didn't match the cost. At other locations, extra cheese has never come with a charge, so this was unexpected. I don’t mind spending a bit more, but when I provided feedback in a survey, I received a response the next day explaining that Subway isn't primarily a pizza place and that the charges were justified, essentially implying I should go elsewhere for pizza. If that's the case, why is pizza even on the menu?

I went to Subway hoping to order two different sandwiches with ham, but they informed me they were out of ham. I had to settle for something I didn't really want since I didn't have time to go elsewhere. The staff was a bit rude and didn't seem willing to make the situation better. I requested to have my extra cheese removed since I wasn’t getting the sandwiches I originally wanted. To make matters worse, I had just received coupons in the mail that were about to expire in three days, and they weren’t accepting any coupons. How convenient for them. It's safe to say I won’t be returning to this Subway location.
Online orders are often made incorrectly and not ready at the time of order. They except no promos, the point of sale always asks for a big tip. They will not refund you if they dont have what is needed to make your online order. Maybe if enough people say the same here, things will get better. Until then, Ill drive an extra 8 minutes to a better subway.

My experience was quite disappointing. The restaurant closed at 9:20 PM on a Wednesday, and the staff member at the door completely overlooked me.

Store is dirty and doesn't accept coupons. 1 star and hopefully they change their ways or close.
As far as subway goes, great service with a smile and a tasty sandwich
