I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. First off, my topping requests were completely overlooked. I had to have my sandwich remade because they added the wrong toppings, even after I clearly specified what I wanted. This included toppings that are significant allergens for the people I was ordering for. On top of that, every sandwich I requested not to be toasted ended up toasted anyway, and the staff were rude when I insisted that they correct my order.

I hadn't visited Subway in about five months, and I was surprised to see that the tax on my receipt had increased from just 27 cents to $1.70. When I inquired about this, I was informed that it included an "eat in fee" for hot food, meaning they charged us for both heating our food and dining in as one fee. Normally, I don't eat in at Subway, and I've never encountered such a fee before. I expressed that the tax information was unclear and suggested that they should put up a sign to explain additional fees more clearly.

I've gotten a stomach ache about three four times now and the result 2-3 days of using the bathroom... I'm never coming here again. Ever! And I really like the spicy Italian or BMT but I can guarantee they're doing something wrong here.

The restaurant was training three new employees, which caused the service to be a bit slow, but they handled our order perfectly, and the sandwiches were delicious. The watermelon water was, as always, outstanding! By the time we finished our lunch, the place was quite busy. I give it two thumbs up!
There was a male worker here who refused to speak to me when I ordered. When I directly asked him questions he ignored me, twice. He then ignored me when I tried to order and took the order of the man behind me. I feel upset and disrespected. Would not eat here again.

While I was waiting patiently, another customer came in and was immediately asked if she needed help. When I reminded the worker that I was next, she ignored me and continued taking the lady's order. Terrible service.

I visited on a Saturday night at 8:30 PM, but the restaurant was closed. The posted hours indicate that they close at 9:00 PM. I will be contacting corporate about this issue soon.
The service is prompt and precise, and I've never had any issues during my visits. It consistently serves as a dependable place for a quick and budget-friendly meal.
