The staff member's unfriendly attitude was quite unprofessional. I simply asked her to ring up my order to avoid further discussion about the sub's name, but the situation only worsened. She loudly told someone in the kitchen that I was arguing with her, seemingly trying to assert her correctness. When I requested her name and that of her manager, she responded with, "Please tell my boss, her name is Saleema. Good luck." It was evident that this Subway location lacks respect for its customers and fails to provide even basic customer service standards. I order from subway app and orderd from wrong location and i called it took 20 rings before someone pickedup I wanted to cancel and get a refund back to my form of payment. The person I talked to said she did not understand me I spoke engjlish very well and I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager she said they don't have one. I know for a fact they have one. She asked for my number and she said the manager will get back in contact which i know is a lie. cause she the hung the phone up rudely. This is the worst location for subway. I am not a happy camper . I will be sending this to the bbb about this location as well.and disputing with my card company as well.

They added jalapeños as I requested, but unfortunately, they just placed cold cheese on top of them. When I pointed out the cheese was cold, they offered to toast it. The advertisement definitely didn't show nachos with a chunk of cold cheese and no jalapeños, or I wouldn't have chosen to come here. Eventually, they took the box back and heated the cheese. I understand it was busy, but that doesn't excuse the lack of attention and courtesy that led to such a simple order being messed up. Reserva una mesa ahora

If you are ready to get skimped and over charged this is place for you. I rather drive to Publix for a sub because it cost less and they give you more. Same guy in this store 24/7 I think be lives inside the subway low-key. So skimpy and overpriced. Plus you see the commercials for buy one get one 50% off. Be prepared to buy one and pay full price for the other one like I did. Not going back.

I visited Subway to get a sandwich for myself and my son, but the experience left a lot to be desired. Despite the slow pace of business, there were three employees on duty. The dining area was clearly unclean, while all three cashiers were inside, with one of them just sitting and scrolling through her phone. It was disappointing to witness such a lack of initiative.

Guy was friendly at all, then he didn't wrap my sub after I asked him to, he continued to put it in a paper bag. He obviously didn't understand my English, and kept saying yes to me trying to put tape stickers on the bag to seal it. I can't eat at places if uyou can't understand what I'm saying!

Subway inside of Walmart is great idea, as you can grab a quick bite while shopping, so your hunger/cravings don't make you over-shop/spend, and you don't end up with half of the grocery options in your buggy! (IYKYK- It happens to the best of us ????
