My experience at this restaurant was terrible! Having previously worked here, I can attest to serious issues with racism. They let me go to hire undocumented workers, and I know of at least two employees without green cards. Additionally, there’s a significant roach problem; while preparing food, I frequently had to swat away roaches and change my gloves. Many customers have also voiced their complaints about the roaches. They completely ignore proper food handling practices, which puts patrons at risk. The manager, Jaymika, is especially problematic. Horrible, i used to work here amd they’ racist. They fired me to hire illegal immigrants, 2 workers dont even have green cards. They also have a horrible roach infestation, i could be making a sandwhich and literalky have to smack roaches and change my gloves, many customers have complained about the roaches. They also dont follow proper food handling rules to keep customers safe such as changing containers and the manager jaymika is horrible! I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. I was trying to use a coupon, and while the staff was able to process it, the receipt wouldn't print. The employee then called the owner and handed me the phone for reasons I don't understand. Instead of offering assistance, I found myself arguing with them. I made it clear that I wasn't interested in a dispute; I just wanted to know if I could get my food. Ultimately, they kept my meal, and I have no idea what happened to it afterward. It could have been taken by them or given to someone else, which I find very unprofessional.
I received Subway coupons in the mail from USPS. When I went to pick up my sandwich and handed over the coupon, the female employee responded very rudely. She raised her voice and pointed to a small sign that read "No coupons," which was only 5x7 in size. She even accused me of wasting food. It's worth noting that a significant portion of your customers come from the community you serve. Really bad customer service. I was using a coupon. She was able to process it but it wouldn't print the receipt. The worker called the owner and then gave me the phone (I have no idea why). They proceed to argue with me before I told them I wasn'tlooking to argue and I just wanted to know if I could get my food or not. They kept the food. Not sure what they did with it.They either kept it for themselves or gave it to someone else which is disgusting.

I've always been a fan of Subway sandwiches. Since I was a kid, I've loved it, and I'm pleased to say that the food quality remains excellent. The ingredients are consistently fresh, making it a tasty option!
