I mistakenly called a different Subway franchise instead of the one near the Giant by Charlestown, and I couldn't be happier about it. The woman I spoke with was absolutely charming and promised that the owner would get in touch with me soon—and he did! P.J. was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He delivered everything exactly as I ordered and right on time. P.J. was quick to respond to my texts and answered all my questions without delay, providing the best customer service I've experienced in quite some time. He really made my life easier during a challenging moment, and for that, I am truly thankful. I highly recommend supporting his franchise!
I've visited this subway location many times, but today I felt inspired to write a review. They've recently done some cosmetic interior updates, and it looks much more attractive now. The young woman who served me was incredibly polite and attentive—definitely one of the best experiences I've had at a subway. While it’s still a typical subway, the cleanliness, ambiance, and attentive staff really set this one apart.
We ordered three cookies to enjoy with our meals since we were dining in the restaurant. The two chocolate chip cookies were delicious. However, the third cookie, a white chocolate macadamia, was hard and tasted stale. When we asked the staff for a replacement, they responded, "We don’t sell stale cookies."
This is my favorite Subway location. It's under new management now, and I continue to receive great service along with the quality I've come to expect. I really love their variety of options!

The staff is always friendly and willing to help, and the restaurant is kept clean. There is complimentary parking available for customers.
The veggies looked soggy and bread was not fresh. This subway used to be my favorite, I don't know what happen to this place.
I bought my son a sub after his game at Western and also the following week after his competition at Landsdowne.
Had veggie patties and red hot relish. 2 people on the line and 1 behind the register, just how it should be.
