I encountered multiple problems with the website. I was charged twice, and when I went to pick up my food today, they couldn't locate my order. When I asked about it, they insisted that I had ordered from another Subway location and did not recognize that I had already paid. I felt disrespected and left without any solution. I won't be going back to Subway.
Not worth a peek. I went there against advise of my neighbors. But the owner proved them right. Based on the experience, I can guarantee, these 4.1 ratings are fake. very rude customer service. I have stop a few times to grab a sandwich and the experience had been the same . last time I noticed the lady was being very rude to me even though I was being very kind. but her attitude changed when she help next customer which was a white person.
