We visited this restaurant for lunch during our business trip. On April 18, 2023, I had a Chicken Teriyaki Salad, and on April 20, 2023, I enjoyed a 6-inch Chicken Teriyaki Sub on pita along with a drink. This location is understandably busy during lunchtime, especially when the installation is not in progress, but I was quite impressed. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was professional and friendly, efficiently handling both dine-in and to-go orders. They have a solid system in place to manage the lunchtime crowd. The food was tasty and served at the right temperature. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely stop by.

I have to be honest, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The staff was quite rude. My friends and I sat down to eat, and during our meal, two girls in the back started fighting and crying, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. To top it off, I found a gum wrapper and a piece of hair in my cookie—definitely not what I expected! The woman serving us was unhelpful, and although their hours stated they close at 10 PM, we learned they actually close at 6 PM. I just want to advise anyone considering this place to stay away; it was not a good experience at all.

The staff at this restaurant is friendly and accommodating, and the interior has received some nice upgrades. There’s a connection to the Exchange, and they also offer some outdoor seating now. A wall-mounted TV often plays ESPN. However, if you come for lunch on a weekday, expect to wait in line with 15-20 people, which can take some time. At other times, the service generally tends to be much faster.
