I ordered two sandwiches from Subway for pickup, but they weren’t ready at the promised time. The staff member was rude, which only made the situation worse. One of the sandwiches was supposed to be a meal but wasn’t prepared accordingly. I specifically ordered one sandwich without lettuce, requesting black olives and pickles instead, but it arrived loaded with lettuce and missing the olives and pickles. While it may seem minor, avoiding lettuce is important for me due to Crohn’s disease. Overall, my experience with Subway’s menu was quite disappointing.
At one point, an older gentleman stood behind me, loudly voicing his complaints about the wait, despite having only waited around 10 minutes. His rudeness was quite clear. However, the staff member who helped him remained professional and courteous throughout the encounter.
In the midst of the busy environment, they kept their composure and treated customers with kindness. My order was correct, and I truly appreciated their hard work during such a challenging time. Keep up the excellent work!
Although there was an issue with my online order that meant I had to come back for a replacement sandwich, I was very impressed with how it was handled. I didn’t get the name of the young woman who helped me, but she was exceptionally friendly and approachable. Attentive service like that is hard to find nowadays, and it made a big difference! I’m confident other customers feel the same way.
The prices are somewhat steep, and they no longer have the subway vinaigrette that I used to really enjoy. I gave the new Parmesan vinaigrette a try, but it just doesn't compare and isn't nearly as good. On a brighter note, the service was excellent, and the store was clean and well-stocked.

Our visit was very serene. The sandwiches were made to perfection and exactly as we requested. The staff was exceptionally friendly, even when my son asked for his sandwich to be toasted a little longer. The soda machine remains self-service for those who like to pour their own drinks.
It was great! The girl seemed a bit distracted at first, but she quickly got it together and made us an excellent sandwich.
The customer service was fast and friendly, and I appreciated that my friend and I could chat without feeling rushed.
The food was fresh, and the staff were friendly, although they seemed a bit short-staffed.
