I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I was the only customer in line to order, and when I asked for a minute to decide what I wanted, the worker immediately tried to rush me into ordering. As I tried to make my decision, multiple staff members kept interrupting me, making me feel pressured to hurry up. When I finally reached the register to pay, the manager apologized for my supposed offense at their "fantastic" customer service. Despite explaining that I needed more time to decide, the manager dismissed my concerns and instead handed me a pamphlet boasting about their customer care. Overall, I found the customer service to be quite poor.
This restaurant literally has the friendliest employees since they opened years ago. I live 6 blocks away and when my kids were younger I took their entire teams here before and after games and even with special requests service was only done impeccably and with a smile. I have eaten at places way more expensive and didn’t feel as welcomed but tonight they outdid themselves correcting a mistake that DoorDash made and not only knew who I was but referred to me as a VIP and said they always take excellent care of my order which made me smile after an hour of misery with DD. Tip this crew well when you go in this store people.
They are price waging , today I should have followed my intuition . Why when I purchase a foor long Black Forest ham , on the display menu is shows 8.99 so I asked just to make sure . She tells me those are the wrong prices after my sandwich is alredy done . Like come on now prices should be up to date , because I’ve already observed what I can afford . This is very bad needs to be adressed . But you as you think we’re done , I get charged an over price amount also never received a receipt
Wish I could put 0 stars. Definitely over charges me and others offers items seemingly for free but charges an arm and a leg. Some how my 8 dollar sandwich is 14 with no extras. Also doesn’t give you the receipt so you can’t even check what your being charged for. Worst experience I’ve had I’m glad Jersey Mike’s is opening right next door at least there I know what I’m paying when I walk out.

I haven't visited this restaurant much this summer, but I am currently reviewing a list of places I have been to in this area. This Subway is the most consistent for miles and I have been a loyal customer for years. I recommend visiting this location instead of the one on McBride in Woodland Park. However, if it is too far out of your way, there is also a great Blimpie's nearby.
We came in at exactly 10 but when we walked in, a guy gave us a nasty attitude saying they’re closed. Their hours say 10:30 is closing time and we mentioned it and he did not care. You should change your hours online then.
WOW! Stopped in for sandwiches to watch the town band. Found a great guy ready to make us happy! Gave us suggestions and was super! Definitely going go get my sandwiches there. Great service and sandwich!
This Subway franchise is the worst. They consistently overcharge and provide poor service. I will not be returning. I recommend visiting the Subways in Woodland Park or Midland Park instead.

Absolutely great customer service. Hands down the best of any subway I’ve been to. Owner is hands on and very attentive. Always clean and very fresh.
Good service but way too overpriced. Paid almost about $50 for two foot long and 2 bags of chips!
