I ordered three footlong sandwiches using the Subway App for pickup at 11:40 AM on Friday, March 18, 2022. When I arrived, I found three people ahead of me in line and only one employee on duty. As I waited for my order, I noticed a large volume of online and app orders, causing the line to stretch outside the door. Despite the long wait, I want to commend the employee who was working diligently to serve everyone as quickly as possible. I left a $10 tip for him, hoping he receives the full amount. I wish I could have given more, and I also hope that other customers showed their appreciation with tips as well. To that Subway employee, I truly appreciate your hard work.

I didn’t have any extra cash to leave a tip at Subway, but I definitely plan to make it up next time because Juan made an incredible sandwich! Even with a bit of a line, he handled the crowd efficiently without missing a beat, all while maintaining top quality. The menu was great, and Juan’s service made the experience even better. The service was satisfactory, and the food was just what I expected from a Subway. The staff weren't very friendly, but they were polite. The space is pretty cramped, featuring just one table that seats three people, which fortunately suited our needs.

They are always late, the bread isn’t fresh, and the “open” sign is often off. I used to come here before the pandemic, but now they don’t open until after 9:30, which is disappointing for breakfast.
They always prepare their sandwiches with an abundance of fresh ingredients. I've been to other Subways in San Ramon, and I can definitely tell the quality is different here.
