I was very disappointed with my recent visit. The new staff member had no customer service experience and was quite rude, making it difficult for us to customize our sandwiches. To make matters worse, she flattened our bread in a terrible way; it felt like we were getting a pancake instead of a sandwich! There's really no need to crush the bread so much when cutting it, especially since the knives are sharp enough! It felt like we could have just sat on the bread instead of eating it. On a positive note, the other staff member was fantastic and very kind!
I'm not usually a fan of tipping sandwich makers, but I can't blame the staff for that. The food is consistently fresh and well-prepared, and it's always ready for pickup on time. However, it can be frustrating when the app doesn't accept corporate coupons, so I wish this location would honor them.
The 3 girls that were here working today around 11a where flawless. Super friendly and worked so well together. They definitely deserve recognition and hope management keeps them around!
We stopped by for tuna sandwiches on our way to Madison. The interior is quite small. I placed my order online, but it took 25 minutes to prepare the tuna sandwich.

Poor attitude from a lady in there and I got two foot longs and spent 35 for two sandwiches ridiculous!! Never again !!!
Subway is becoming way to overpriced for boring average subs. Don't even take the coupons they send
