We have consistently been let down by the freshness of the lettuce at this Subway. I've filled out a survey during each of our recent visits, noting that the shredded lettuce is rarely fresh and some of it is even turning brown. The employees are decent; however, it seems the manager or someone in charge needs to instruct them to throw away the brown, wilted lettuce and use the fresh container that's always sitting covered to the side. I think we’ll try one of the other Subway locations in Somerset next time.
The atmosphere at Green was relaxed, and the company was pleasant. There was a good amount of business. The lemonade and tea were perfect for a hot day. With a coupon, you can get 12-inch footlongs for just $5.99.
As for wheelchair accessibility: you can easily wheel in, grab a sub, and then head over to a skatepark, just hoping your sandwich holds up!
The owner of this restaurant also owns the Somerset and Science Hill locations, and I have had an issue with them where I feel I've been overcharged by about $40. It's important to be cautious with them, as the owner didn't address my concerns and even attempted to blacklist me, as if I would ever consider ordering from any of his establishments again.
I used a voucher to save some money. I felt sorry for the kids who were waiting. A woman came in to get a tray, but there was no one available to assist her. Two staff members had been busy for about 30 minutes before that. The woman mentioned she had called for assistance 45 minutes earlier, but they were unaware.

Came in at 3:10 on 2/21... must've been trainees on the line, none of them said a word to me, didn't even glance at me. They were taking forever and a day with 2 sandwiches... I just walked
Employees appeared clean and were polite and helpful. The food appeared fresh. The work surfaces could have been cleaner. Floors were dirty but it was a rainy day.
The restaurant was quite crowded, but the staff provided excellent service. The bread is consistently fresh!
Went in and order steak sandwich. Didn't have steak sauce. Won't be getting a steak sandwich from here
