I visited the restaurant just now, and I was the only person in line. I waited for five minutes while the only Subway employee ignored me while washing dishes and mopping in the back room. The employee, who was overweight, looked at me several times but did not acknowledge me in any way. Another employee from the connected Flying J had to tell him he had a customer, to which he responded with a mumble before going back to washing dishes. I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately had a negative experience with the staff. The manager, who appeared to be a chubby white woman with warts on her face, became angry when I requested guacamole with my order. A large African American woman then made my sandwich, but became upset when I expressed my displeasure with the excessive amount of pepperoni she had added. During a return visit, another African American woman made my sandwich and was incredibly rude, becoming angry when I asked for a specific type of sauce and instead grabbed mayo. Zero customer service at the subway!!! You just stand there and stand there and hope they will help you they don?t say hello or anything! (Two African-American girls working)They act like you?re bothering them at work! If you say a little or light onsomething it doesn?t matter they just smear it on there!!! They were just about completely out of bread and it didn?t look likethey were baking any at the time either! You had to get whatever they had which wasn?t much. This is my other favorite Subway again they're clean they're surrounding work area and food prep area they keep it clean keep it wiped down they're friendly for the most part there attentiveness towards paying attention to a customer and not leave themstanding there waiting for a long period of time where the cashier from the pilot side has to come and tell the subway employeethat they've got customers lined up otherwise I'd give him five stars Reserva una mesa ahora
