Subway - Reserva de mesa

Terrible Subway experience. Sandwich was soggy and was not fresh. I ordered off of app and that was a big mistake at this location. Unpleasant surprise when I got home, I truly believe that the Sandwich I ordered was not what I received, I really think what I was given was a Sandwich that was made earlier possibly by mistake for another customer. Never had a bad experience at Subway before coming to this location....I will be sure to avoid this Subway for any future orders.

The restaurant was unfortunately understaffed, which I could see made things difficult for the employees. They were out of several condiments and vegetables, so we weren't able to get everything we wanted on our sandwiches. I've experienced similar issues at this location and another one in Clive. Because of this, I won't be coming back.

The service was quick, and there were plenty of options to choose from. I can't confirm if every sandwich on the menu is available, but the five we ordered were in stock. The ingredients were fresh, there were numerous choices, and the rolls were toasted quickly for those who wanted them that way. Overall, it was excellent as always!

I've had okay luck at this location before but today my wrap was a major let down. The food all tasted fine but the way it was wrapped was clearly either a lack of training or a lack of effort. Very loose, needed silverware it was so messy and that that's the opposite of what you want for a wrap. Will not be back to this location. Reserva una mesa ahora

Great service with a wide variety of options. I can't confirm if all sandwiches are currently available, but the five we ordered were ready. The ingredients were fresh, there were plenty of choices, and the buns were toasted quickly for those who wanted that. Excellent experience, as always!

Service level varies at this location. Very disappointed tonight as they did not add almost half the ingredients I requested. My sandwich was missing ham, lettuce, and cucumber. My husband's sandwich was missing spinach. This isn't the first time they've messed up an online order.

Overall, it was a decent experience. The staff was friendly, although it was clear they weren't particularly enthusiastic about being there. The portion sizes of the ingredients were smaller compared to other locations. In the end, it's just a Subway.

The first time here, and although it is an older place, it was clean and the staff was pleasant. Online order went smooth and was ready early. Come back.
