Went there to grab a sub. Lady who served me was on the phone put her finger up had to wait couple minutes to be served. When she finally got off the phone with an irritated voice she ask me what I wanted. I wanted a cold cut and ask if it was ok I can add turkey. Never had a problem in the past but was rudely told no and that we don't do that. Went to get paid and the change was rudely thrown on the counter and she preceed to walk away. Needs to do better on hiring people or needs better training for staff. Was there 4:17 today February 15,2022.
Unfortunately Horrible! Bread was very dry, very scimpy on meat and vegetables, when asked politely to put a normal amount of each item on the sandwiches, I was given a disgusted look. Horrible service! Very small seating area. This location needs better management and employees need to be taught ethical conduct as said employees are working in the public sector. I would give no stars for such unprofessional treatment.
The service was good. The staff were from abroad and needed to clarify our order a few times, which is understandable. However, we intended to order two meals but only received one due to a misunderstanding. It wasn't a major issue, but I would have preferred to get what I ordered.
The late-night staff was incredible! They were really busy, but they still made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back for subs, and I would recommend this place to anyone in downtown looking for a great meal!

Took double my money. Refused to refund it, after I provided proof via my bank that I had been charged twice. Still waiting on this money and will make daily visits until it is returned to me.
The staff last night were outstanding! Despite being super busy, they ensured I got exactly what I wanted. I will definitely return here and would recommend it to all the downtown folks!
The food and service were good, but the strong vinegar order perminating throughout the restaurant was unbearable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
I’m not sure why, but my Sub never seems to resemble the one shown in the pictures they display around the restaurant.

It's a Subway restaurant. There's nothing to complain about, and the food was quite good.
Closed 20 minutes earlier than posted near George street. Just lazy.
