Horrible customer service !!! The lady that works at this location is just plain rude, if you are doing a pickup order she will make you wait until everyone waiting for subs to be made is finished before she hands you your already made food. Then when youfinally do get your food she just plops it on the counter with an attitude and looks at you with disgust. The first time thishappened I though maybe she's had a bad day but I've been to this location 3-4 times now and its always the same. After readingthe reviews it seems like this is just who she is a person. Today will be the last time they get my business.

I usually visit stores daily, but my experience at this one was quite disappointing. The staff member was incredibly rude, and the customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. When I asked for her name to file a complaint, she outright refused to provide it. Additionally, the sandwich she made was unappealing and excessively salty. I highly recommend steering clear of this place!

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The customer service was outstanding, and unlike other sandwich places, they are very generous with the meat and vegetables in their subs. I strongly recommend that everyone visit this location!
The customer service at this restaurant was disappointing. I work nearby and intended to have lunch and dinner there daily, but I won't be going back. The woman at the counter was very indifferent and made me feel like I was a bother to her.
I was frustrated when Subway said they were closed, even though Google shows they should be open until 10, and there was an open sign lit up. They mentioned closing at 9:30, but it looked like everything was already cleaned up.
The staff weren't wearing their masks properly and were having disagreements with customers regarding the use of gloves when handling sandwiches. I don't plan to return.
