I can see why other reviewers are displeased. The restaurant is quite stingy with their toppings and condiments. You'll notice that the tomatoes are now cut into half slices, which seems like a way to reduce the amount they give you. A year or two ago, they used to provide full slices. However, I wouldn't blame the employees; it seems to be the boss's decision to do it this way. She likely instructed them to follow her approach. In the end, a footlong ends up costing around $12-13. I was genuinely surprised to find that a subway sandwich I bought in FiDi was only $9.
