When they finally did pick up, they left the phone down without saying a word while I could hear them moving around. There was no greeting or even an indication that they were busy. After waiting, I hung up and tried calling again, but this time they had disconnected the line, sending me straight to an uninitialized voicemail. The sandwiches here are quite good, but I can't help but notice that the staff seem unhappy. It's concerning to see employees looking so miserable. The owner really needs to take a look at the work environment, as it seems like the atmosphere is affecting the team. It would be great to see a more positive vibe around the place.
I had an excellent sandwich during my visit to this place. The person who took my order and prepared my sandwich was friendly and courteous, and he did a fantastic job. I've been working in the area lately, so I'll definitely be returning more often.
