The person I usually worked with was very accommodating, but the new girl who joined him was quite the opposite. She was abrupt and rude. I witnessed a customer arrive at 8:00, only to be told they were closed, despite the sign indicating otherwise. After a few dismissive remarks from her, she bluntly asked the customer what he wanted. When he ordered a foot-long sub, she mistakenly grabbed a six-inch sub and insisted that he had asked for a six-inch, which was untrue—other customers heard him clearly. This is a fantastic spot for breakfast or lunch! I have to say that the owner is one of the nicest people you'll meet. Honestly, the Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle locations offer a genuinely friendly, clean, and comfortable atmosphere. The managers here certainly feel valued and respected. The new caramel apple cookies are absolutely delightful, and starting November 22nd, their hours will extend until 8 a.m. With the chilly weather, the broccoli cheddar soup is just perfect!

The service provided by Guy was underwhelming; he appeared to lack enthusiasm for his role. The bread tasted a bit stale, and my meatball sub was overloaded with cheese, leaving very little room for actual meatballs.

Friendly staff is the Subway of Sunset Beach, next to the Food Lion. Just like any Subway always good food as well.
