During my last two delivery orders, I encountered issues. In my second-to-last order, an entire sub was missing. I reached out to customer service, and while the owner did respond, I never heard back when I inquired about getting my $10 refund. In my most recent order, they also forgot a drink and a cookie from the cookie box.
These minor mistakes, along with poor communication, indicate a lack of care and attention to detail from both the owner and staff. I will not be ordering from this location again, nor will I recommend it. It's better to choose a restaurant that values its customers.
The young lady who prepared me and my friend sub sandwich was amazing today I forgot what she said her name was and I hate that I did because you guys need to know how special she is. Thank you for the very pleasant experience today and thank you for enduring our humor.

I went in today around 5 and this girl was so rude with me, I think her name was juliana, but she completely ruined my experience, I regret going in when she was there. A short girl with curly hair however, was so reassuring, very sweet.
We love to eat sandwiches from this Subway. Very good, very fresh. However trying to phone them seems to be impossible. No one answers the phone. Want to know if they will accept the coupons sent out by Subway in the mail yesterday.
The prices are too high and they don't accept any coupons. If Subway isn't going to honor discounts, what's the point of having an app? They should consider shutting it down.
Very skimpy on the meats and the toppings. It's mostly just bread. The atmosphere feels stale at times. Most of the employees seem knowledgeable and upbeat.
