I entered the restaurant and inquired about using the bathroom. Altaf, the employee, was very accommodating and allowed me to use it before I made a purchase, which I appreciated. However, the overall vibe was a bit lacking, likely due to his apparent lack of enthusiasm—maybe he was just having a tough day. On a positive note, the place was clean and the food was delicious. They offered sugar cookies and XXX vitamin water as a fountain drink, which was a pleasant surprise since I had never seen vitamin water available like that before. Overall, it was a nice experience!
Please be warned that this subway lacks respect for its customer base! Specifically, an employee knowingly used a derogatory term to my husband after a debate ensued about a the subway app. This restaurant appears to have financial trouble, has poormanagement, and terrible customer service. The employee wasted unpurchased food and jeopardized their business?s over acoupon. We will be making a formal complaint about and obviously never patronizing this location again. Sign of the time!

I have a deep dislike for Subways. The sandwiches rarely resemble what is shown in advertisements. I wish more people would choose to eat elsewhere. Additionally, I’ve come across troubling news about their spokesperson, Jared, facing serious allegations, which brings the quality of their food into question. Why can’t they just make a decent sandwich? And why is the meat portion so minimal?

very unpleasant lady was rude and unaccomadative to our vegetarian need tried to drop meat in our food she seemed to fine when dealing with Spanish speaking customers only went because other place was closed food wasn't that good vibe seemed off frm startwouldn't go again

THEY OPEN UP THE SHAVED MEATS, LESS COLD CUTS THE SANDWICHES WERE THIN AND BREADY! AND LACKING THE AMOUNT OF VEGETABLES! ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE. FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL PATRONIZE THIS EXSTABLISHMENT.
The restaurant features a fantastic underground atmosphere and provides ample space. There's a diverse selection of dining choices, and the customer service is outstanding.
