THIS SUBWAY IS TERRIBLE. The service used to be great in my opinion! BUT everytime I have stopped up there in the past few months I have been unable to make it out in less than 30 minutes. it’s completely ran by teenagers and there is only ever ONE actually making sandwiches. I mean I went in one time and there was like 7 people in line and one kid working his butt off to get peoples food. The other employees enjoyed lunch In front of everyone or stood there and did nothing! TODAY I went in and WAITED 15 MINUTES for a teenage girl to finish an online order. She was singing and slowly counting THE LETTUCE piece by piece in absolutely NO RUSH to make my food. on TOP of that the other employee...
I ordered a 12-inch veggie sub, and I was quite disappointed. The amount of lettuce was minimal, just a few spinach leaves, six dry and shriveled tomato slices, five thin black olive slices, and only two pieces of green pepper. The onion pieces were so sparse that they looked like half-dollar-sized skins. Overall, the sub had so few vegetables that the roll appeared mostly empty. It makes me wonder where the pride in preparing a meal properly has gone. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20.
Ordered online, got the order wrong. OK mistakes happen. What I don't like and will not tolerate is the attitude I got when I pointed out the mistake. It was printed on the receipt correctly, and I also pointed that out. The sandwich was remade, very sloppily I might add. Not one apology!! If anything I was treated as a inconvenience. Never Again!!! I'll drive the few extra minutes and go to the Grafton location. Meal type: Lunch

I visited the Lagrange location twice within a week, and unfortunately, both times there was hair in our food. Whatever happened to using hairnets in the food industry? It's really unpleasant. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20.
