This was the second time we went to order subway from this location and this time they really messed up, we got a foot long veggie sub when we had been charged for Mexicali and ordered that as well. When we went in to order, my husband asked them if coupons can be used for any and they said yes, however when we went to check out, the lady said no, my husband is not the confrontation type person so he went ahead and paid for it. We go home, check our subs and my sub was only vegetables with Mayo, I was upset so I took it back. The older lady attended me and I told her we had received someone 's order as there was no meat in the sub; she argued that yes there is chicken as she sees chicken in...
This Subway restaurant offers the best customer service I've ever experienced! Although I live near two other Subway locations, I always choose to come here whenever I can. They truly make an effort to prepare your sandwich exactly the way you want it. If I could, I would give them 10 stars! I wish I could visit every day. Each time I go, I have an amazing experience, and the staff always makes it a point to wish me a great day. The restaurant is very clean and smells wonderful when I walk in. I highly recommend that everyone reading this review visit a Subway at some point in their lives.
Let me first start by saying that the people working here are the nicest subway staff i've ever encountered (i've been to a lot of subways! . I actually think its a great thing to see a Walmart without Mcdonalds in it. Location is convenient, the staff are always happy to customize your sub HOWEVER you want! Plus, in my over three years of going here, I noticed and appreciate how everything is always nicely stocked!
Worst experience ever. When I went to order, a lady was cleaning the floor, she came to the counter to take the order and didn't even wash her hands. When I asked her to do so, she just grabbed a drop of sanitizer for the sake, that's it. Shewas very rude and impatient while taking order.

The food is consistently hot and fresh. The customer service is excellent. Every time I visit, I have an amazing experience, and the staff always wishes me a great day. I would definitely rate it a 10/10. I was truly impressed.
