Subway - Reserva de mesa

Aug 15, 2024 All of these should have been way below zero, the gentleman that served my husband did not listen to anything he said about our order, I was on the phone with hubby at the time he ordered so I know what was SUPPOSED to be on my sub. Very little actual product was put on the bread and it was not cut the way it was supposed to be. We have Always gone to the Subway in Pictou and have seen it go from bad to Great and were surprised to say the least that this gentleman was so rude and did not offer customer service in anyway shape or form. Will be looking for another Subway to go to if this keeps up.

Should have a zero rating ordered through the Ap went to pick it up and they said didnt get the order checked my bank paid 33 for the order showed there store number confirmed by the worker but still wouldn't give me eaither money back or the food, stole my money and has a beagal for supper. Called bank and trying to stop payment. Will drive to NewGlasgow for now on and will get my money some way.

I went through the drive-thruI asked for a roasted huh 6 inch sub with guacamole and ranch dressing on her with all veggies and reese side it was I should also have two cookies the maca of thema cookies and a bottle of water received when I started to drive away, I realized that I did not have my water or my keks, so I went back to ask myself and went back to

super friendly staff, but sandwich unfortunately missed the sign. brot is though and chew, very little toppings, especially when I order from the app Reserva una mesa ahora

They don't get ur orders right and are rude on the phone then hang up on you when u want a solution
