I had only stopped here to get a quick refreshing bite of food back from our trip to the mackinaw city and I absolutely loved the experience. We ordered to let the thought go and talk to Jeff. I loved his polite and friendly demeanor. I myself in the restaurant industry, I appreciate when I see workers who really give everything when it helps customers, it really goes a long way. Speaking of communication, he also informed us about the purchase of a dozen cookies to make his business number 1. I loved the service I gave back and would definitely come when I came next time in this way.
We just moved to town and ordered online last night. Our meal wasn't done right, but I didn't notice until I was home. I called and the staff was very willing to fix the situation, and it was very appreciated. When we were in the store, we were very impressed by how friendly the staff was and how clean the shop looked. Everything was very professional and we appreciate the staff that wanted to fix the things and kindness we received from them. 10/10 great business and staff!
I came on the 6th. April at 1:45 in this subway. And I met the most amazing worker I've ever experienced in my life. She was amazing and had an amazing attitude! I just moved to Gaylord and not knowing someone like that when I went to get food I came with a bad day and left feeling as if I was just made to talk to someone, I know my whole life! She definitely needs a raise! She did my whole day!
