I've never had a negative experience at this restaurant; the staff are all fantastic. Varun, in particular, has always been friendly and offers excellent sandwich recommendations. It seems like there's some unnecessary drama going on in town regarding this place, so I would advise taking the negative reviews with a grain of salt. I would be surprised if any of the staff were ever rude to a customer.
