Stop spending money at Subway. The coupon they accept has changed from a 2-meat footlong sandwich to a single meat option that's not even on the menu, served with half the vegetables on a stale bun. It was terrible. I saw an older Hispanic customer ahead of me paying full price for a half sandwich packed with ingredients, while my footlong with a $7.99 coupon barely resembled a sandwich. The guy declined to take Subway coupons that we had and have used in other stores, very surprising and wrong store policies. There was a lady who came for pick up and she told the subway guy her name, but he wouldn’t give her the order until she told him what was in that order ! Subway provides a good selection of vegetarian subs. Its location in the West Gate Mall parking lot is convenient for those looking to avoid dining in the mall itself. While the service may be a bit slow due to a limited staff of just two people, they are friendly and welcoming. The seating area is decent, though it could benefit from more frequent cleaning.
The woman is so rude. I leave the message to cut in three and wrap separately. But She cut in two and didn’t wrap them separately. I told her that I asked for cutting in 3. Then she yelled me “Shut up”. Service: Takeaway Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It appears that this restaurant permits employees to prepare food without wearing masks. Given that we are still in the middle of a pandemic, I will not be returning.
The restaurant uses a large metal lid that covers all the food, preventing customers from seeing its cleanliness and condition. I won't be coming back to this place.
They gave me very little tuna and so much mayo that I couldn't enjoy the sandwich. The service was okay, but not very friendly.
The sandwich was disappointing. Its preparation and flavor were unsettling and left me feeling unwell.
