The Subway on Old 83 in Mission provides a terrible experience. The young employee showed a bad attitude, rolling his eyes and throwing a tantrum when I asked to speak to his supervisor over the phone. Despite the supervisor instructing him to make my sandwiches, he refused and kept trying to call her back, but she didn’t answer and ignored my messages completely. The kid even said he didn’t care because he had influence. This place doesn’t even deserve one star, but I had to leave a rating to post my review. The poor service completely overshadowed any item on their menu.

I was completely ignored in the drive-thru for nearly thirty minutes. When I finally received a response, the staff spoke to me rudely, informing me that they were not serving drive-thru customers and that I needed to go inside. They offered no assistance after wasting our time. To add to the confusion, they had taken orders from two cars ahead of us. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
I accidentally dropped my wallet on the floor at this restaurant last week, and the staff and manager were incredibly kind to keep it safe for me. Everything was still inside when I retrieved it, and I was overjoyed three days later when I managed to track it down using Google and my daily timeline. The sandwich I ordered was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding.

I was ignored in the drive-thru for about half an hour, and then the staff rudely told me they weren't doing drive-thru service and that I had to come inside. They made us waste our time without offering any help. What was confusing is that they took orders from two cars ahead of us but not ours. Terrible service.
I had a great experience at Subway! The gentleman who made my sandwich did exactly as I requested, and it was both delicious and flavorful. He was friendly and professional throughout our interaction. Surprisingly, he mentioned it was only his second day on the job. I told him he was doing a fantastic job!
This is undoubtedly my favorite Subway location. The staff are always friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is consistently clean and well-maintained.
