I went back inside and tried to approach Stephanie politely, saying, “Excuse me, my son just got my order and it’s incomplete; I’m missing two chips.” Instead of responding appropriately, she started yelling, “EXCUSE ME? EXCUSE ME??? GET OUT OF HERE, YOU RUDE B*TCH!” She said this in front of my child. I explained that there was no need for rudeness and that I just wanted my two chips. When I picked up two bags to take them, she accused me of stealing and demanded that I leave. I told her I wasn’t stealing and asked her to check the receipt to verify my order. I used to visit this restaurant four times a week because I loved how quickly they prepared my order. However, on my recent visit, I was struck by a terrible smell as soon as I walked in. The vegetables tasted old and were quite unpleasant. I even saw one of the women or managers handling cheese and turkey without gloves and eating them right in front of me. The place looked dirty, and the bread was so dry it was inedible. I don’t recognize anyone there anymore, and I’ve decided I won’t be coming back. You've lost a regular customer.

I noticed that the woman who served me seemed unwell; her voice was raspy, and she coughed quite a bit without a face mask. At one point, she even wiped her nose on her sleeve. When I asked if she was sick, she claimed she wasn't—just that her nose was itchy and coughing doesn't necessarily mean illness. I hesitantly paid since she had already made my sandwich, but if someone is feeling unwell, it's considerate to wear a face mask.

I'm not sure what went wrong. I used to love visiting this place regularly. However, the changes in staff have made me hesitant to return. Juan and Cyndi were fantastic; they always knew how I liked my meals and prepared them perfectly. If the food is burnt, it should be remade instead of being served that way. It seems like the staff could benefit from better training. I won’t be coming back, and I can't recommend this location. Reserva una mesa ahora

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. When I came in to pick up some sandwiches, the staff questioned my service dog, who was simply sitting quietly by my side. I've never encountered anyone who would challenge my service dog's presence before. They insisted on seeing identification, which is not legally required. To top it off, the sandwiches I received were falling apart. I will not be returning to this place again.

This Subway location isn’t my top choice since my orders are frequently wrong. I often feel the need to double-check my order before leaving. The staff seems a bit overwhelmed, which could be due to being under-staffed or the policies set by the franchise owner. Moreover, the service could use some improvement in terms of courtesy. On a positive note, the bread is excellent, and the convenience is definitely a benefit.

The food and service were both excellent. However, it was disappointing that the door was locked 40 minutes after the restaurant was supposed to open at 7:40. The bread was definitely a day or two old. My sub was served untoasted and fell apart, which was really unpleasant. I was giving this location a second chance, but I won't be returning. Reserva una mesa ahora

Please note that masks are required while placing your order, but you can remove them immediately afterward. This policy is quite confusing and seems illogical.
