I was truly impressed! I work nearby and decided to place an online order before heading over. To my surprise, my food was ready and waiting for me when I arrived! There’s an employee who seems to have been there for a while; he is incredibly friendly and clearly efficient. Having worked at Subway in the past, I’ve experienced different levels of service, so I really value when employees demonstrate real care for their jobs and their customers.
Subway was decent, but the quality and freshness no longer match what I remember. I was quite disappointed and haven't felt motivated to try other locations. If I do return, it will probably be at a Subway outside the St. Louis area but still within the state, or I might just begin preparing my own sandwiches instead. The current menu just doesn’t have the same appeal.
Every time I've dined at this Subway for lunch, I've had a wonderful experience. No matter how crowded it is, the owner skillfully handles the line and ensures everything runs smoothly. The food is always made with attention to detail and has consistently been delicious.

I visited the Subway in the ferry terminal and ordered a chicken Caesar wrap along with a cold cut combo sandwich on whole wheat bread. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was very friendly and polite.
We received a warm welcome from the owner, who offered exceptional and friendly service. The restaurant was spotless, and the variety of sandwiches was impressive. The bread was fresh and served hot.
The service is consistently quick and friendly. The food appears fresh in the display bins, and the store is well-maintained and clean.
