Stopped in this place about 10 minutes ago. It is 103 degrees outside and as we walked in we offered to buy a homeless man lunch. While waiting in line for 3 staff members to wait on us one went back and got the manager about the homeless man outside. We told the manager we were buying him lunch. The manager yelled literally yelled at us not to buy him food. We told him it's 103 degrees out the man is a human being. The manager said do you expect me to buy him lunch. No we are buying him lunch. He continued to tell us not to so we walked out. Horrible customer service. While we waited in line Save yourself and go have delicious food next door at the WrapShack.
This subway always messes up my order. I ordered a sandwich with a 2$ extra avocado add on, but my sandwich doesn't even have it. I also asked for turkey and instead I got a whole assortment of other INCORRECT meats. I also ordered a gatorade, and I did not receive it! When I called to report this, the worker on the other end was rude and not understanding at all! This always happens with this subway. And, on top of all this, it is dirty and not very appealing. This subway, excuse my language, SUCKS!!
The food was usual but the reason I'm writing this review is one of the workers, an older lady with dirty blonde hair was extremely rude to me for no reason from the get go to the end including being rude and basically denying service to another customer saying they're closed even though at the time it was 9:30 and the restuarant doesn't close until 10. I will provide more details if asked
I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel like I have no choice. This location does not accept their own company 's coupons! They apparently are not a participating Subway restaurant . When asked which Subway I can go to that would honor it, she just shrugged and started helping the customer BEHIND me. Unbelievably bad, bad customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
