I ordered through the app and got my email confirmation at 11:52am. I kept seeing the pick up time getting pushed back. I call the restaurant and the lady who picks up says she's the manager. I told her I'm concerned that my sub has been made an hour agoand has been sitting around. She hung up on me and I had to call from another phone number because they wouldn't pick up thephone with the first number I called. I tried to call twice from the same number after the hang up and moved to a differentphone which they picked up quickly... when I call back and she says she never hung up... I work here in the mall and this is one of the worst subways i have ever been to. i typically don?t leave reviews but this one i just had to. the staff isn?t friendly, they don?t make the sandwiches right every time i?ve been here , and today i ordered the garlic sub and the employee waited until the end to tell me they were out of garlic aioli instead of when i ordered the sandwich. This location is a disappointment every time i come here. I would definitely avoid it if you come shopping at tyson?s corner.

I want to express my appreciation for the manager and staff at this Subway location. Thanks to COVID-19, there is limited seating, which enhances safety. The restaurant is conveniently located outside of any food court, so there are typically no long lines. The employees are always friendly, though they often work at a leisurely pace and could improve their multitasking skills.

She eventually informed me that my sub was on its way, but acknowledged that it had been prepared an hour earlier. It feels like they don’t prioritize their customers. When I finally got my sub at 12:54 PM, it was soggy, and the wrapping was so soaked that it was falling apart. I won't be ordering from this Subway again, and I definitely don't recommend it.
This restaurant definitely deserves our "skimpy and stingy" award. I would recommend steering clear of it. I ordered a $10 protein bowl, and it was hardly filled. I asked for double veggies, but that request was ignored. Overall, it felt like a poor use of my money.
My sandwich is always delicious, particularly when they really load up on the ingredients. A bit more focus on customer service could have easily secured a 5-star rating from me. Fortunately, I maintain a cheerful and positive attitude!
I looked up breakfast options online while heading to the airport, and it indicated that the restaurant opens at 10 AM. However, when I arrived, a staff member informed me that it actually opens at 11 AM!
