I ordered two subs. The employee was in training, I seemed that she needs to be retrained in assembling a sandwich. On sandwich #1 she melted the cheese on the lettuce and not on the meat. On sandwich #2 she wanted to place the vegetable in the microwave. I callled to speak with the manager Zack Tulle, and suggested that she should be retrained. He took offense to my suggestion and decided not to resolve the issue stating that I should not tell him how to deal with his employees. I wanted to request a refund but he out right said he would not help me. Mr Tulle stated that any complaint made does not go to corperate it goes directly to him since he is the owner. The new owners of this restaurant are extremely disappointing. We have visited multiple times since they took over and the service has been consistently poor. The lady working behind the counter is incompetent and rude, often requiring multiple requests to understand simple orders. We have been loyal customers since moving to the Lehigh Valley area two years ago, but we have never experienced such terrible service. Despite our efforts to support the new owners, the frustration has become unbearable. After numerous attempts to get a sandwich made correctly, we have decided to take our business elsewhere. I was frustrated with my recent visit to the restaurant. I had received a yellow card for participating in a promotion, but the staff didn't seem to be aware of it. They charged me for my drink, and when I ordered two cookies, I noticed that they were actually the peanut ones. I decided to skip the cookies and just get some chips instead. However, I was still charged for the chips and the drink, even though my yellow ticket clearly indicated that I should have received those items for free.
I absolutely love Subway, and this location makes some fantastic sandwiches. One of my favorite things is the fresh bread that's baked daily. I've been a fan of Subway for a long time, and since this one is conveniently located near my home, I often stop by to grab a bite on my way back. I also enjoy their freshly baked cookies, with my current favorite being the oatmeal raisin. They're incredibly soft and sweet!

If you focused more on the quality of your sandwiches like you do with your flashy commercials featuring celebrities and wealthy spokespeople, your sandwiches could be much improved. There is not enough meat in the sandwiches, and they are nothing exceptional. They do not hold a candle to Primo Hoagies, which do not need any advertising to attract customers.
He hopes to achieve a 5-star rating in the future. The only criticism I have is that my sandwiches were labeled incorrectly. It was only revealed once. I'm looking forward to next time.
The young employees at this restaurant are extremely quick and efficient. This is not always the case at every service establishment, but everyone is exceptionally friendly here.
Staff were friendly and efficient. Food was exactly what you're looking for when you go to a Subway. Dining area was clean.
