Subway - Reservar una mesa

Ordered on the App for takeout. Said ready in 20 minutes. Got there 25 minutes later, not ready. Store was steady, but not slammed by any means. They kept taking new orders from walk ins. Finally asked the Manager what was up (I was polite and respectful). The manager actually yelled at me! Asked me why he should make a meal for someone who already ordered and paid when he had customers coming in, did I want them to leave? Exactly backwards logic. Finally got my meal, about 45 minutes after I ordered and paid. So much for fast food. Oh, and they got my wife’s sandwich wrong. Last time I was in construction, I spent the time to inform me what they were doing, where it needed the upgrade.
