ordered 5 sandwiches via the app, drove there the store called ME and canceled my order casue they said they was out of bread,,,that was over a month ago, and verne evans the i guess general manager refuses to refund my money, was told to take my receipt, which he knows i dont have cause they canceled before i came to the store to get one. I don't know the guys name working tonight but he obviously hates his job. Find somewhere else to work if you hate customers. Clean and friendly. It was a bit awkward that the young lady that was helping me had to yell for help, several times, has the line built up behind me. Food was fresh, of course, and the young lady that was helping me stayed friendly and professional, even while trying to gain assistance from her co-worker.
We walked in and it smelt great. We started to order and the workers were very nice and friendly. The food was good it was warm and everything was nicely cleaned. We used to visit this restaurant at least once a week, but now it has become quite overpriced and they no longer accept coupons. It's puzzling that they send out coupons to our homes but won’t honor them. Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50.
I say this particular subway is okay because it 's a subway and they serve you food. Not always timely or the best of quality but they are very understaffed. Hopefully this changes as the location is very convenient.
