Subway - Reserva de mesa

Walked in at 8:03 pm. They close at 9pm. Zero customers inside the store (no wonder why) waited for an oversized woman (term used for describing the person only looking at us for the next 5 min doing nothing in the back. She said her name is Jessica. Once she slowly comes up to us we let her know that we want to order a 6 inch turkey sandwich no veggies nothing, bread and cheese and Mayo (for my 5 year old, very simple) she says that she is only taking online orders because she is the only employee at the moment. This was the best experience I've ever had at a subway restaurant! The staff were quick and accommodating. When I was on my phone looking for another job, they were patient and understanding. They served me my sandwich with a smile. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and I felt comfortable sitting down to eat. I noticed the staff regularly sanitizing tables, which helped me feel at ease. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely be returning!

I have been to many Subway restaurants before, and I was disappointed with this particular location. The bread on my buffalo chicken sandwich was overfilled and poorly made, with only a small amount of filling. The broccoli soup I ordered was bitter and had a strange taste to it. Overall, the experience was underwhelming.

I have visited many Subway restaurants, but this particular one was a disappointment. The bread for my buffalo sandwich was hardly heated in the oven, leaving it barely warm. There were two rude staff members who had a bad attitude. When we ordered the Baja Chicken Bacon dish, they said they didn't have bacon and wanted to charge me extra for it. I found this to be unacceptable - if I'm paying for a dish, I expect to receive exactly what I ordered.

Got a new guy in here he's nervous but trying this other dude is barely helping and bumping him out of the way while he's making my order. The other customer even told this guy to help the new person and he just ignored him, SMH, beside that everything was okay.

Two of the younger staff members had bad attitudes and when we ordered the Baja Chicken Bacon, it did not have bacon. They wanted to charge me extra for the bacon when it wasn't included in the dish. How is that fair? I should only pay for what I ordered.

This is the worst Subway I have been to. The bread was not fresh and I can tell that the protein portions are being purposely cut to make more profit. Stay away from this one and if you have to come here do not preorder from the app! Reserva una mesa ahora
