As a side note, the bathrooms are spacious, clean, and handicap accessible. For vegetarians, they are willing to customize menu items to suit your needs. Parking is somewhat limited, with only about seven spots available, as it’s a small Subway on Carverton Road. Overall, I highly recommend this location for its exceptional service and quality!
Every month, we receive coupons in the mail, but we’ve come to realize that most of them are not accepted at this location. An employee explained that each owner chooses which coupons to honor. While the staff is polite, we were disappointed to find that they didn’t have the Italian Herb option; our only choices were multigrain and regular Italian. Additionally, the multigrain bread didn’t seem fresh, likely being one to two days old. There are certainly better sub options available in the area. Food: 3/5.
My wife and I ordered two foot-long turkey hoagies, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The turkey on my hoagie seemed to be spoiled, and my wife ended up feeling sick afterward. The bread was also stale. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but this meal was just unacceptable. I reside in the Back Mountain and won't be returning. I feel it's important to warn my friends about this poor choice.
