Subway - Reserva de mesa

This particular Subway in Old Station doesn't have a drive-thru, but that's probably for the best since I'm quite particular about my sandwich ingredients. I always get a foot-long on Italian white bread with the three meats and pepper jack cheese, toasted. Then I add red onion, cucumber chips, green bell pepper, and wax peppers, along with shredded lettuce, salt and pepper, oil and vinegar, mustard, and mayonnaise. I highly recommend reading this list to the staff when you order; it's their best combination sandwich, trust me! The closing times should remain consistent. I visited the Wenatchee location at 6:37 PM and was informed that the lobby closes at 6:30 PM. I was then directed to use the drive-thru instead, which wasn't ideal. If you're going to close the lobby at a certain time, either lock the door or serve the customers who are already inside, especially when it’s only 7 minutes past closing. Despite this inconvenience, the food was still excellent, and the service and atmosphere were top-notch. I also appreciate the coupons offered. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere as 5 out of 5.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. My son often visits to study and grab a bite to eat. However, an employee became upset when he took a picture of the restaurant. My son offered to delete the photo, but the employee warned him that if he returned, he might face issues. He later called and spoke with the manager, who confirmed that employees could ban customers based on their personal feelings. This policy doesn't seem beneficial for the business.
