Whether you're dining in or grabbing takeout, the location features an enclosed children's climbing and play area beside the building.
This Subway is top-notch! If you happen to stop at the Spaldwick services and James is working (he's the tall guy with glasses), you're in for a real treat. He truly knows how to craft a wrap or sub—he's like the Da Vinci of sandwiches! You'll be pleased with the generous portion of fillings, and the friendly service just adds to the experience. Keep up the great work!
Poor for a SubWay I am a man who's frequented over 40 such eateries across the UK (and mainland Europe). This is the worst I've experienced. No regard for gluten allergies and the geezer wiped his sweaty brow before tending to my lovely sandwich. Disappointing experience at this SubWay. As someone who has visited over 40 locations across the UK and mainland Europe, this is by far the worst. There seemed to be no awareness of gluten allergies, and the staff member wiped his sweaty brow before preparing my sandwich. I am really disappointed. I ordered a 5-inch sub today, and although it was remade, it was still wrong. The filling wasn’t what I asked for, and it wasn’t toasted either. I’m really disappointed.
The staff consistently provide excellent customer service, and the food is always delicious and of top quality.
