DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered from this subway on the 26/7/2021. I'm will never ever ordered from here again and I will be telling everyone I know not to as well. Half the ordered was missing. When I called all I got told was it is not down to them. I said I'll come pick up what was missing and they said I couldn't do that even tho I have a Receipt of it. When went on to say that I would have to pay again for what was missing. I said that I wouldn't pay for it as it was on the order. I asked to talk to the manager and all I got from him was he didn't care and that he was to busy to sort it out. Then went on to say that I was lying and all I wanted was free food. Ordered the chicken breast chunk sandwich, saw the meat was so old that it was now dry granular peices, I asked the guy servicing me if they had any fresh stuff but was laughed at, and then had to to keep asking for more salad because they would add two pieces at a time trying to save money. And then finally wouldn't give me a bag unless I paid 10p for it, which isn't allowed unless you are a supermarket and have never been asked in any other subway. Extremely disappointing meal and won't be going again. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

Now I wouldn't usually bother writing a rating for a subway, McDonalds etc as it's all the same but this subway went below and under the call of duty. The chorizo seemed like it had been rewarmed bout 4 times. And the geezer was so stingy with the portions I'm pretty sure he has shares in subway himself and thought it would come out of his pocket.

Visited ona Friday lunchtime at about 1.30pm. Only one member of staff working so service was slightly slow than other subways i visited. However the guy was very meticulous in his preparation of my sub probably the best I've ever experienced, he also changed his gloves between each customer. Top service.
We are regular visitors to subway greenhithe. You have a gentleman who works there. I think his name is massood. He is a credit to your store. So helpful and polite. Goes above and beyond. Also nothing is too much trouble for him. He certainly needs rewarding for the service he gives to everyone
I stopped by for a Subway sandwich, but even though the restaurant was open, the employee didn’t want to serve me, claiming the oven was broken. However, there was no sign indicating that the oven was out of order.
I bought something this morning, and the food was terrible, I swear. After taking one bite, I couldn't eat any more. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just came in on a Wednesday lunch time . Staff are polite , attentive and got my order correct and fast . Very clean to .
They constantly say that the machine is updating and that the subway is not running.
