Meh. I 'm better off making my own sandwich tbh and I probably should 've.I 'm super patient and always give people the benefit of the doubt but I 'm obviously paying so I wanna taste a sub that makes my mouth [hidden email]e the food was subpar the customer service was pretty bland. I had walked in and no one was taking my order. I 'm no king so I don 't expect total treatment but I literally waited for roughly 10 minutes and no one was at the front.And when they got back they didn 't apologize, they took their time putting on the gloves and even acknowledge me but what was the last straw was I at least tried cracking a joke to show them that hey it 's okay, we all get busy but they didn 't...
If I could place a big Zero there I would, moving past that I placed an order from the catering service, ordered 10 boxed lunches, placed the pick up time at 9am, but once I arrived home I immediately call them to change my order pickup time from 9am to 9:45am just a little bit of difference. My issue is that when I tried to call them there wasn't a pickup nor a return call regarding my messages, an I mean multiple messages with no response. I have my own business and the thought of not responding to customer, is irresponsible, and at the least to say unprofessional.
Woke up supppppper hungry, so my man and I decided to place a pick up order through the app around 4am. Both of our sandwhiches were incomplete. So that was really disappointing, what are we paying for if we're not getting everything we're paying for. Yknow ? Times are tough and spending any meer $20 over food should be well enough worth the price. This was not. Staff was friendly but doesn't beat the fact that they should really pay attention to detail. Overall, would I recommend this location? No. Cookies are good though
I went to the restaurant at 8am on November 27, 2023 to get a sandwich. Unfortunately, the person who made my sandwich did a messy job and didn't wrap it properly. My husband even pointed out that it wasn't wrapped correctly, but the person said that's how they were instructed to do it. I was disappointed to end up with a smashed and sloppy sandwich. I am a regular customer here, so I assume the person making the sandwich is new and could use some better training.

It's better to make your own sandwich. Thankfully it was 50% off. Chicken on one side, veggies on the other. They added extra onions instead of less when I asked for it. The only good thing is that I'm not hungry anymore. They used to be good, but now I would prefer to drive an extra 10 minutes to another location.
The girls and guy that are serving at 3am are very friendly. I always have great service when I come get my sub.
Refused to take my over the phone order. Honestly just go to Jersey Mike's they have way better customer service

I just paid $9.43 for a 6-inch turkey, provolone, and avocado sandwich. Last month it was $7.84.
Great customer service. They are very helpful and they made my order just right.
