Subway - Reserva de mesa

The staff at this restaurant lacks basic customer service skills. I was denied access to the restroom without even being asked if I was a customer. The assumption that I was only there to use the restroom led me to not ordering anything or using the facilities. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Subway. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location to anyone. The customer service was abysmal and I can't help but wonder if my race played a role in their treatment of me.

America and Brando are the most friendly, it was near closing time and I had a huge order. Although they were already busy with an online order of 5 sandwiches, they welcomed us both and quickly ensured that we had our food. Best customer service. Management must appreciate and care for these hard-working employees. You always go beyond and beyond when I go to this place.

This place its near work so this is the 3 rd time ordering on the app pay for extra avocado the first 2 times i was on the fwy and didn’t get chance to go back this third time still on the parking so ill go back and the workers no even apologize for that they didn’t say nothing Reserva una mesa ahora
