Extremely poor customer service. I walked to the front to make my order. The guy was sweeping crumbs (which is fine). He sees me....then continues sweeping. I wait about 2 minutes. He then starts arranging the chairs, I wait another minute or so. He then starts wiping the tables. At that point I just went across to Asda bought a sandwich. I worked in retail for years. Once a customer wants to purchase, you must serve them immediately. Only exception is if there's a severe safety hazard you have to deal with. Service: 1
Wow the amount of salad in my salad bowl was ridiculous, they also had the lid up so I coudlnt see how much was going in and then sealed it without checking it was OK. It was not OK. I have sent a complaint both through the online form and DM directly via instagram and had no follow up either. Are you cutting costs?
