Id give 2.5 stars is I could. I have no complaints about the food at this location (Wellington Street, Bracebridge) Subway is Subway but they NEVER offer the deals advertised by Subway which are ‘offered at participating locations’. This isn’t some small town thing as far as I can see. Gravenhurst, Huntsville and Port Carling usually seem to participate in the promotional deals. I’ve never tried coupons at this location so maybe they accept them, maybe not. Bracebridge Subway also doesn’t deliver and they don’t partner with Skip or Door Dash. I went over there and ask for veggies subfoot long and then there is other guy came as well and other some chicken sub so in the mean time the tall skinny guy who making the sub he is not changing the gloves and he also touching the raw chicken with the same gloves when he touch my sub I told him stop bro why ur not changing the glove then he said that’s ur responsibility too ask for changing the gloves.. and also he drop the braking try on the floor he took the try with same gloves..!!!My question is why he is using the same gloves ..??When I ask him can I talk to your manager he said he is the manager..!!!Why he is using the same gloves for everything..??IT’s doesn’t make any sense..!!

I visit this restaurant almost every week with a friend who has a disability, and I've been doing so for years. The subs are consistently delicious, and I appreciate that they seem to clean regularly. I just need to ensure that the staff can hear me when I call for assistance.
