Dont order through the app here. I order sub here and it came with cheese bread instead of whole wheat. I had to throw sub out as I couldnt eat it. Never getting food ftom here again when they think they can give you whatever bread they want. Couldnt go back as I ordered this after an event to eat at home in Hamilton. Subway app is a joke you are SOL over their mistakes so the restaurant gets away with it.
Ordered through the App and went there. The people working are very rude. They tried to make fun of me in there language thinking i wouldn't understand. But I could totally understand there language. Like if you don't feel like working. Just don't work then. Why are you spoiling other people's day too.Also asked to cut the sandwich into half and they just cut it from the top.
Being a regular customer to subway and getting one of the best customer service experience is very different. This location provides it all only because of existing employees like manpreet, who goes to extra mile to comfort and provide the best of the best.
